🔧 Product Warranty

At Rogue Off-Road, we stand behind the quality of every part and accessory we sell. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product type. Rogue Off-Road does not offer its own extended warranty, but we will assist you with any warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage Includes (depending on brand):

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Manufacturer-approved installation and operation
  • Replacement or repair (at manufacturer discretion)

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Damage from accidents, racing, or off-road impact
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Labor, shipping, or downtime costs associated with warranty replacements

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We’ll help you initiate a claim with the manufacturer and guide you through the process.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical components, lighting, or wiring once opened
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Clearance or “scratch & dent” products

Restocking Fees:

  • A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email info@rogueoff-road.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timing:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the packaging and item, and we’ll arrange for replacement or correction as quickly as possible.


⚙️ Installation & Fitment Disclaimer

Many off-road and aftermarket parts require professional installation. Rogue Off-Road is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification. Always verify fitment and compatibility before installation.
